We state plainly what we perform ourselves and what we coordinate through licensed third parties. • U.S. customs. Airtradecargo LLC is not a customs broker licensed by U.S. Customs and Border Protection under 19 C.F.R. Part 111. Entry filings in the United States are made by licensed customs brokers. Our role is coordination, document review and follow-up.Aduanas en Estados Unidos. • Ocean transportation in U.S. trades. Airtradecargo LLC is not licensed by the Federal Maritime Commission as an ocean transportation intermediary. It does not act as a non-vessel-operating common carrier or as an ocean freight forwarder under 46 U.S.C. § 40901 and 46 C.F.R. Part 515, does not issue its own transport documents, does not publish its own tariff and does not hold an FMC bond. Ocean services to and from the United States are contracted with carriers and intermediaries that hold the corresponding licence or registration.Transporte marítimo en tráficos de EE. UU. • Air transportation. We are not an indirect air carrier. Air shipments are booked with air carriers and indirect air carriers holding the required authorizations, and air waybills are issued by them.Transporte aéreo. No somos indirect air carrier. • Customs outside the United States. Customs declarations in Colombia and in any other country are filed through customs agencies licensed by the authority of that country, with whom we work as partners.Aduanas fuera de Estados Unidos. • Assets. We do not operate vessels, aircraft or our own fleet. International and domestic transport is contracted with carriers, consolidators and transport operators, whose terms, rates and liability limits govern the movement of the cargo.Activos. • Certifications. Any certification is stated only while it is current. Where we do not hold one, we apply equivalent internal controls, described in our compliance policy.Certificaciones. A binding determination of tariff classification, valuation or origin in the United States can only be obtained through a ruling issued by U.S. Customs and Border Protection under 19 C.F.R.
